ATTIRE AND WEATHER

During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.

Meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate at different times of the day, so it's a good idea to pack a light sweater or jacket to have with you in the meeting rooms.

SYMPOSIUM DETAILS

Stop by the APAO Registration Desk before your first symposium event. There, you will be given your name badge and other symposium materials.

All attendees, including presenters and exhibitors, are required to wear symposium badges for admission into symposium sessions and the exhibit hall.

This year APAO has eliminated the printed program and will be utilizing a digital program and a symposium mobile app! We will use an online platform called Whova. You can Download the Whova app to access the event:

  • View the event agenda and plan your personal schedule.  
  • Find who else is attending this event and reach out to people ahead of time.
  • Plan some social activities such as a morning run, coffee hours, or meet-ups with your fellow attendees. You can even post job openings.
