When is the Symposium?
24th Annual Oncology Symposium for the Healthcare Provider presented by APAO will take place September 23-26, 2021. With your registration, you will have access to the virtual symposium content for a month after the symposium! 

Who can attend?
Anyone from around the world can participate! To access content and receive CMEs, individuals must register here. Only individuals who register will receive a Certificate of Attendance to be used for continuing medical education purposes. 

If I am unable to attend the live sessions, will they be recorded?

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and provided to those who register for the symposium. You will have access to the recordings for up to a month after the symposium.

How do I become a APAO member?

How do I attend?
After you register online, you will receive a confirmation email verifying your registration. Once you get the confirmation email you can add the symposium to your calendar. Roughly a week prior to the symposium, you will receive an email with login information to the APAO Symposium Landing Page. We look forward to hosting you!

If I am unable to attend the live sessions and can only view the recorded presentations, can I still submit for credits?
Yes, for those registered, CMEs will be available. You must complete the symposium evaluation and self-report with NCCPA in order to receive your credits.


Can I ask questions during the sessions? 
APAO highly encourages all attendees to utilize the chat feature to ask any questions. 

Will I have access to presenter's slides and/or handouts? 
APAO asks that all speakers provide their slides and handouts. All slides and handouts provided will be available for attendees to access.

Can I use my computer or my mobile device to connect? 
The conference is optimized to be accessed on a desktop or laptop computer using the Google Chrome browser. We do not recommend using your mobile device. However, you will have the opportunity to dial in, if need be.

Are there any networking events? 
APAO will be hosting virtual networking events with fun activities and live discussions among fellow APAO members! 

Will there be exhibitors? 
Yes, APAO attendees will have the opportunity to connect directly with different companies in the APAO Virtual Exhibit Hall.
